My name is Alexander Sanabria; I am the sales manager of the company. I have worked with the company for over 10 years  and I will conduct the interview.

Miss Adriana could you tell me something about yourself.

Adriana

I am business administrator; I have ten years of experience in people management.

Alexander

And  what about  you Miss Sandra

Sandra

I am also a business administrator; I have worked in the commercial area for the past eight years in a company that import and export equipment for the industry.

Sandra

I think I'm the right person for the job because my industry experience has allowed me to know how to handle customers and in turn as to guide the work of its sales force

Adriana what is your major achievement?

Adriana

My major achievement has been the management of resources and presentation of project for displaced people.

Sandra

My greatest achievement has been learning to guide the work of others to pursue a common goal

I am good in the presentation of new projects, reports, budgets and people management.

I am a responsible and honest with all my actions

I am a responsible person and I could quickly to changes, and decision making.

Sandra, what are your strengths and weaknesses?

Sandra

My strengths are leadership, teamwork, responsibility and decision making. My weaknesses are to be demanding and strong-willed.

Adriana

My strengths are assertive, conflict management and calm, and my weaknesses are introvert and very demanding.

What do you know about our organization?

Adriana

I know that are a company very important is on the top of the market. Additionally are the best in its products.

Sandra

I know that your company is so important nationally and at the moment are starting a process of expansion into Latin America.

The company was founded in 1980 and is a family business. How would you approach this job?

Sandra

I found out through an employment agency.

Adriana

By the notice in the newspaper.

How do you get things done? Adriana

I get the things with the much effort work and supports team of the work.

I like noticing goals and establish periods of time both the evaluation and implementation.

I looking for someone that could be open to change and objective when is evaluating and setting goals.

Sandra

My biggest interest or motivation in this work is focuses on interacting with other cultures and become involved as a important person in the growth of the company.

Adriana

It motivates me professionally to be larger and to learn every day more.

Do you like to work in a team or on your own?

Adriana

I like to work in a team because minimizing errors

Sandra

I think teamwork is important because it allows us to observe and evaluate different points of view from the same factor.

To be patient and do things right

In my last job I learned that every day we can improve our work and we can learn from own mistakes.

PLAN OF VACATION

I am going to visit San Andres Island with husband and my two sons; We will be staying in the Decameron hotel, during four days and three nights, We are going to visit different places: Johnny Cay O Islote Sucre, the Hoyo Soplador, Cueva of Morgan, the aquarium in the morning, I play on the beach with mychildren and my husband, and the night I am going to listen music the Calypso, Reggae y Socca and drink cocktail of Ron with my husband.

Then I am going to visit Providencia Island, I will be staying in the Nuevo Horizonte, and we are going to diving and windsurfing

ADRIANA CLAVIJO BIOGRAPHY

My name is Adriana Yanneth Clavijo Rodriguez; I was born in Bogota D.C., on March on 31th, 1975. I live in Bogota; I am studying administration business in Autonoma of Colombia University.  I work in Registradurìa National as a consulter.

I am 36 year old, I live my husband and my 2 sons and his name is Jorge Andres Amaya and Natalia Amaya.   

My daily routine is:

I always get up at five in the morning; I usually have a shower at six o`clock, I sometimes get dressed at six thirty, I always have breakfast at seven o`clock, I like the chocolate and eggs, I sometime leave home at seven thirty, I often catch the bus at eight, I go to work, I take lunch between one and two p.m. I always leave work at five p.m. after I go to University; I usually leave at ten p.m. I usually arrive home at ten thirty. I rarely study between eleven and twelve, I sometimes go my bed at twelve thirty and I sleep at twelve forty five.
